This season’s colour trend is all soft and sweet, sweet, sweet. There are dolly mixture-inspired shades for girly looks and icy sorbet colours for an edgier take. Key designers such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Versace, Valentino and Dolce & Gabbana were seen cladding their models in super-pretty, doll-like beauty looks to complement the pastel-hued garments and feminine silhouettes that made up the season’s collections.

A more exaggerated doll look was seen in the extra-long lashes and glossy pouts at Marc Jacobs and Viktor & Rolf, whose models literally look like oversized dolls, whilst Meadham Kirchhoff took the look to extremes with painted pink circles on the model’s cheeks.
